Excerpt from: Harnessing the Power of Soul, Chapter One

Soul cannot be contained on the job much longer. In the third millennium of civilization, we want a serious shot at displacing what encroaches upon our expanding consciousness with what supports it. We want new ways of working with emphasis on awakening our dormant powers to perform. The mighty muscle of soul wants liberation from the holy ground of governance that chokes the human spirit. It wants release from compliance, containment and control. Soul insists on breathing free.

We are more highly evolved creatures now, ready to consider work that befits the complex creatures we have become. Growing more reflective with each passing day, we are eager to operate with a different set of rules. More than anything else, we want to render the workplace hospitable for humans. We want work that befits a person of soul. Having had a taste of this, we are ready to engage in work as the sacred, soulful and satisfying experience it was meant to be.
