Recognizing that workers in the 21st century are worn weak at a soul-deep level, Jo-Ann takes up their cause, insistent that learning how to serve soul is essential to success. In her upcoming book, she puts theory into practice, identifying themes that hold power to transform half-hearted human beings into the highly empowered. So much time is wasted in staying busy as a substitute for success, she asserts, a problem easily solved by helping the human spirit to soar.

Jo-Ann is an Ohio-based writer with a strong belief in the power of the people to perform at their highest potential. Her experience has proven that when passion for work meets with the power of talent and training, ordinary workers redefine themselves as the truly extraordinary. Jo-Ann discloses that she has literally walked with kings in her leadership roles, inspired by colleagues who worked tirelessly on behalf of the common good. The lessons they taught with their lives survive the teachings of any one day, evidence enough that working with soul is indeed the essence of success.
